EIM Annual Report 2010

Generis has been selected for designing the Annual Report 2010 of EIM, the European Rail Infrastructure Managers.

The objective was to to promote a vision of moving up and forward. This is realised through a dynamic photographic styling, capturing the performance of rail infrastructures. The overall look and feel is dynamic, visually engaging and most of all inspirational for its intended audience.
It works to position the organisation as professional, forward looking and community focused.

Eurelectric annual report 2009 published

Generis has produced the annual report of the Union of the Electricity Industry in Europe for the sixth consecutive year.

In terms of editorial format and design, this edition is shaped by a more journalistic approach: the content is structured around the year’s key themes and events.

The information on the organisation’s action to raise awareness within public institutions is conveyed in tangible terms relating to major industrial and political challenges.

Sandrine Falmagne steps in

Sandrine Falmagne is joining Generis as senior designer / project manager. Much of Sandrine’s experience is in print and identity design. Graduated in Graphic Design in Montréal after a degree in Interior Design (Académie des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles), Sandrine has deployed her talent during twelve years among prominent communication agencies in Brussels, designing for clients such as Amcham, CEN, CEFIC, Clearstream, la Croix-Rouge, DG Enlargement, EFQM, Eureka, Eurofer, Eurometaux, European University Association, IISI, Master Card, St Jude Medical and TetraPack.

Sandrine is replacing Matthieu Goedefroot who is living Generis after nine years of oustanding work.

Two new walking maps available

The walking maps for the communes of Schaerbeek and Anderlecht were presented to the press before being distributed to the residents.

Generis has designed this range of maps, which currently covers eight communes of the Region of Brussels.
A particularly productive cooperation with the proactive team at the Monuments and Sites Directorate and copywriters Isabelle de Pange and Cécile Schaak. Article

Coudenberg in the limelight

The largest archaeological site of the city of Brussels, located beneath the city’s ‘Place Royale’, has been revamped and is inaugurating inaugurating its new museum.

Generis developed the creative concept for this refurbishment. We designed the lighting plan for the complete site, the entire information system and the scenography of the museum.

An multifaceted assignment of particular complexity in this listed buildingé.

A three-year project shaped by a particularly close, fruitful and harmonious cooperatione.

AATL annual report 2007 published

The annual report of the Spatial Planning and Housing Directorate (Direction de l’Aménagement du Territoire et du Logement) of the Ministry of the Brussels-Capital Region has been published.

This publication was produced by Generis under a framework contract.

Launch of Wallonia’s international B2B campaign 2.0

The companies Generis, Apropos and Zorn Production International have joined forces to develop the new release of Wallonia’s international visibility campaign on behalf of the Wallonia Export and Investment Agency.

A set of communication tools has been produced in view of the implementation of a new media plan and for the use of the Agency’s trade commissioner postings abroad. The set includes a five-minute introductory film clip as well as a range of posters, roll-up banners and folding stands. An application for the creation of thematic screens for display on the Agency’s extranet is also under development.

Generis has won the call for tenders for the graphic design related to the new cultural heritage collection of the French Community of Belgium, edited by the eponymous Department.

A subtly nuanced design drawing on a typographic language reminiscent of inventory cards.

A graphic manual for Merck Generics Italia

Development of a visual identity for the product range of Merck Generics Italia. Generis is acting on behalf of marketing consultant François Jégou, a regular client who has called on our agency in connection with several projects for the pharmaceutical sector.
This assignment also includes the publication of a graphic manual.

New company Insucom launched; logo produced by Generis

Insucom is a start-up company founded by IT architect and data protection expert Xavier Perret following his MBA from Solvay Business School.

This new client has entrusted Generis with the creation of a visual identity and the production of the company’s first set of presentation material.

The assignment is flanked by other publication projects handled on behalf of partner organisations in the data protection field.

Generis shortlisted

In 2007, Generis was shortlisted for the creation of visual identities and corporate communication tools for Eurogypsum, the European federation of national associations of gypsum products manufacturers, and GSA, the Galileo Supervisory Authority).
